What do you need when you want to make big changes in your life but you can't seem to start making them?
Coaching is a dynamic process focused on setting out your life goals and taking action to make them happen. It involves worksheets, action planners, time diaries, activity schedules and much more but the key ingredient is your commitment and enthusiasm to taking control of your current situation.
I have successfully coached people through many different plans and life changes:
Coaching is a very flexible process which can take place face-to-face, via email or by scheduled telephone sessions. I suggest we meet initially face-to-face to start our coaching relationship and discuss a way forward. After the initial session we may meet weekly, fortnightly or once a month – whichever suits the pace you need to help make changes. Some people can achieve their goals over four sessions; others prefer a longer relationship to support more significant changes.
