Counselling sessions are 50 minutes and cost £45 per session payable by cash or cheque.
Coaching sessions are 50 minutes and cost £65 per session payable by cash or cheque.
The first session is a chance for us to meet and see if you think I am the right person to help you. This session is charged at the full rate. You are welcome to go away and decide if you wish to book any further sessions and there is no obligation to return if you do not wish to.
If you decide to continue after the first session, I will ask you to pay for 2-4 sessions in advance to secure your place in my diary. If you miss a session without notice, or need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, these sessions are charged at £20 and will be taken out of your advance payment.
I try to offer the same appointment time each week if this suits you, or I can be flexible and change weekly appointment times if this suits you better.
