I like to build long term relationships with my clients where I can offer support over a longer time, whether that is regular meetings or dipping in as and when you need to.

90 Minute Holistic Assessment

This can be booked as a stand alone session or as a starting point for ongoing support. We will complete a holistic assessment of your current situation including how your body is responding to changes, your lifestyle habits, nutrition and exercise impact, and mental well-being.

Exploring in this way gives you a chance to see the bigger picture of your midlife transition. We will discuss the support which suits you best.

(£200 includes the option of a follow-up summary with action advice for one-off sessions)

Ongoing holistic support 6 x 1hr sessions

Following on from our initial consultation, this package offers ongoing support across six sessions which can be spaced at a pace to suit you. This could be weekly at the start and then move to fortnightly or monthly.

  • Actionable goals agreed for between sessions

Psychotherapy only

Some clients need to start with a place to talk. You may not be ready to move forward with making changes if you are feeling overwhelmed with life stresses and commitments. We can meet to just take a breath and talk about what is happening.

  • Behavioural approaches: CBT, solution-focused
